A Mother’s Love

The falling of buildings all happened in a sudden,

Caused by a vigorous shake of mother earth.

Cries of clove ones of the victims,

Hoping for a cry to be heard from under the pile of concrete.

Blood of victims soaked the ground.

For nights and days the heroes searched

Trying their best to dig all the victims out

Hours after the disaster occur

A deformed body was found under a big chunk of concrete

It was a mother crouching

As though there was something under her she was trying to protect

There was the child

Unharmed by the rock of earthquake

How strong of the love of a mother

Sacrificing herself to protect her angel

Oh, how strong the devotion towards her baby

The falling of buildings all happened in a sudden

The mother dies,

The baby lives.

That’s how strong a mother’s love.
